DC AEM Meetup on 27 August 2026: Introduction to Adobe Experience Workspace & Demo of Adobe Experience Modernization Agent

The AEM Global Developer Collective met in McLean, VA (Washington DC area) on 27 August 2026 with a double-header presentation from Greg Dimeris, Shashi Mulugu and Tad Reeves! A room full of experienced AEM professionals got a pair of presentations on cutting-edge tools from Adobe to massively speed content migrations & day-to-day operations.

What Was Covered

Two presentations today, one on two approaches to doing an Adobe Edge Delivery Services migration (using Experience Modernization Agent AKA "EMA") or using the new SLICC browser plugin.

Probably the best sum-up that could be done was by 2027 AEM Champion Diane Eveler who happened to be in the audience!
